Even though you know that Phresh Gourmet provides healthy, sustainable, delicious meals, you may still have a few questions. Below you’ll find a list of our clients’ most frequently asked questions.

ORDERING 

How do I get started?

Simply browse our weekly menu and order enough meals to last you through the week. Be sure to order by Friday at 11:59pm EST!

 

When do I need to place my order?

Our delivery day is SUNDAY. In order to begin receiving food on SUNDAY, you must place your order before our deadline at 11:59 PM on FRIDAY.

What is the cost of your meals?

Our meal prices range from $8.50.-$10.00

What are the calorie ranges for the meals?

 

 Our calorie counts typically range from 250-500 calories per meal.  Nutritional information on all meals can be viewed  when selecting your meals.  You’ll be able to view macro nutrients by meal as well as a cumulative total calories per day when choosing your meals.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Our fiber products are freezer, microwave, and oven safe up to 375 F for 20 minutes. Please remove lids from the container before placing in microwave or oven.

DELIVERY 

 

Where does Phresh Gourmet deliver?

Phresh Gourmet is currently delivers in the Washington Metropolitan area ( UP to 30 Miles from our Kitchen in Kensington, MD.

 

What are the delivery times?

Food is delivered once  a week, every SUNDAY. You can select a time for your meal delivery during checkout. We also have pick-up options directly from our Kitchen every Sunday 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM

 

How are my meals delivered?

All of our items arrive in recyclable, 100% BPA-free,  microwave-safe containers and are delivered inside an insulated box with ice packs. We suggest that you bring your box inside and refrigerate your meals as soon as possible. If for some reason you aren’t available, we highly recommend you arrange for someone to be available to place your meals in a refrigerator upon delivery.
