How meal subscription works

  • Select prefered Meal Package (20,28, 40 meal package)

  • Pick your favorite dishes and choose how many you want per week.

  • 20 Meal Package subscribers receive 5 meals per week, 28 Meal package subscribers receive 7 meals per week, 40 Meal package subscribers receive 10 per week week.

  • We prep, cook & deliver. You simply pop our oven and microwave safe containers and enjoy your Phresh meal!

All memberships and subscriptions will automatically renew. Cancellation request must be submitted by email to info@phreshgourmet.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date. There are no refunds.

Payment/Automatic Renewal


You agree to be charged at the time of subscription based on the type of plan you have selected. Your subscription will be renewed automatically and billed to your credit card/Paypal account at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the service. You may cancel at any time by following the procedure described in our Cancellation Policy. The monthly subscription plans are renewed automatically on 30-day intervals
